Dear ISCSW Members and Colleagues,
We regret to announce the closure of the Illinois Society for Clinical Social Work as of December 31, 2023. At that time, we will no longer be offering the programs and services we have provided.
There are many reasons for this decision. Some relate to financial considerations, and a great many relate to significant changes in the needs of our Social Work community.
We are saddened to be making this announcement, but it comes with pride in the important role we have held in the community for over 50 years. Our Society has made numerous valuable contributions, providing high-quality continuing education including the Jane Roiter Sunday Morning Seminars, a dedication to high standards of practice, and a vital arena for social workers to connect with one another.
To our Members, please accept our heartfelt thanks for your many contributions as participants in our Society.

IMPORTANT CLOSURE INFORMATION:
All existing CEU certificates issued by ISCSW remain valid for licensure renewal. Documentation and course materials will be kept on-file for audit verification for at least five years from date of issue.
Annual Memberships that were scheduled for auto-renewal in 2024 have been ended.
The National Association of Social Workers, Illinois Chapter (NASW-IL) remains an excellent resource for meeting our community’s professional development and networking needs. Visit them at naswil.org
